The Student Initiative for Reservation Veterinary Services (SIRVS) is an official student group of the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, serving tribal nations throughout Minnesota and neighboring states. Our mission is to build and strengthen partnerships between Indigenous communities and future veterinarians through reciprocal learning, veterinary care, and service.
Through our mission, we provide no-cost veterinary services to the pets of our partner communities approximately once a month throughout the year. These services include physical exams, vaccines, spay/neuter surgeries, and more! Click here to learn more about our services.
